AUTOMATIC INDUSTRIAL GRINDER

The New INGO - AUTOMATIC INDUSTRIAL GRINDER

INGO-138 INDUSTRIAL

An automatic grinding machine for industrial purposes, originated from the successful 138, combining the experience gathered from many thousands of machines manufactured.

Applications :

Grinding crystal and organic lenses without degree for sun and security glasses and also for grinding crystal and organic ophthalmic blocks.

Control :
This automatic grinder electronically controlled by a computer (micro-processor) with a capacity of approx. 1,000 instrutions.
This provides for ample reserves of programming possibilities, and enables micro-processor to be re-programmed as desired. This control feature supervises itself by means of a self-converging push-pull interlock, ensuring a maximum of security and accuracy.

Operation :
Insert loaded cartridge into the automatic grinder. The selectable programs are indicated by illuminated pushbuttons. Now the control of the further program sequence is assumed by the microprocessor. A collet chuck, controlled by pneumatic-eletronic means, picks up the lens from the cartridge. Pneumatic means are used to pick up the lens in the automatic grinder. Now starts the programmed grinding process – optionally either by rough and fine grinding, or by rough-grinding, smoothing, chanfering or milling. The finished lens will automatically be returned into the cartridge. This sequence is repeated until all lenses are grinded.
The machine will shut down automatically after the last lens has been finished. Infinitely variable control of the grinfind time permits a differentiation of the grinding process for various types of glass and lenses. It is also possible to choose a grinding time of less than 30 seconds.

Copiyng Features :
1. Using a steel pattern :
Three-dimensional grinding, stationary fungiform copying attachment (special design).
2. Using a standard pattern :
Operation process like on standard automatic equipment..
3. Using a master lens as a pattern :
For minor series, three-dimensional grinding.
